Several fields carry mandatory specifications. If these are not met, your application will be rejected with an explanation and an invitation to reapply. Applications cannot be edited once submitted — take the time to get it right the first time.

Mandatory Requirements

All three fields below are non-negotiable. Missing or insufficient info in any of these will result in automatic denial.

Mandatory Member Photo — Clear Face Photo

Must be a current, unobstructed photo of your face. Couples must submit a photo together. We use this to match you to your ID and verify your identity at check-in for all events. This photo is visible to administrators only — no other members can see it.

📸 No filters, cropped, blurred, covered, or partial face shots. Must be recent and recognizable.

Mandatory Real Legal Names — First & Last

Names must match your government-issued ID. Required for identification, safety, and liability purposes. Visible to administrators only.

👥 Couples: both partners’ full names required. Incomplete entries will be denied.

Mandatory Insightful “About Me” & “Seeking” Sections

Both sections must contain a minimum of 30 words each. Empty fields, one-liners, or generic filler will result in denial. These sections are how we evaluate whether you’re a fit for our community.

📝 Approval criteria do not include physique, ethnicity, height, or age. We care about your ability to navigate lifestyle spaces respectfully — tell us about that.

Additional Profile Details

Screen Name

Publicly visible to other members. We recommend using the same screen name you use on other lifestyle platforms.

Main Profile Photo & Additional Photos

No nudity on your main profile photo — blurred or suggestive is fine. Nudity belongs in Passkey albums only. Upload 3–4 different photos — do not submit multiple copies of the same image.

Single Gentleman Applicants

A Note for Single Males

HWC maintains one of the most welcoming and actively curated communities for single male members in the lifestyle space. We work hard to protect the quality of that experience by managing our community thoughtfully and deliberately.

Community Ratio Policy

We maintain a higher ratio of single males to couples than nearly any other lifestyle community — and we intend to keep it that way. To do so responsibly, we must preserve a workable balance. We currently carry dozens of pending single male applications at any given time. We approve approximately 3–4 single male members for every new couple that joins. This is a structural policy — not a reflection of your application quality.

What This Means for Your Application

Single male and couple applications are reviewed congruently. Single male approvals are tied directly to new couple approvals. Your application may remain pending for an extended period while we work through the queue in ratio.

We are under no obligation to disclose the reason an application has not yet been reviewed, provide a timeline for review, or respond to status inquiries. Reaching out will not expedite your application.

If your application does not meet our minimum profile requirements, it will be declined. You will receive a message explaining what was missing and an invitation to update your profile and reapply.

★ Special Consideration — Out-of-Town & Couple-Sponsored Applicants

In limited circumstances, single male applicants may contact us directly to request expedited review if all of the following apply:

✓ You have an established Kasidie profile with multiple, substantive community validations

✓ You are visiting from out of town for a specific upcoming event

✓ You have an explicit, confirmed invitation from an attending couple

Special consideration does not guarantee approval. If a couple has invited you, we strongly encourage them to add you as a throuple pass on their reservation, and that you have a completed member profile before reaching out. Requests without a completed profile or verifiable couple invitation will not be reviewed.

We are under no obligation to provide a reason for any approval or denial decision, and all decisions are made at our sole discretion.

⚠ If Your Application Does Not Meet Minimum Requirements

We will decline the application and send you a message explaining specifically what was missing or insufficient. You are welcome — and encouraged — to update your profile and reapply. We want to say yes. Help us do that by giving us what we need.
